Accepted Methods of Payment

Only Bank Transfers are accepted for the time being. Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) and Paypal will be included in the future 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 2 days from the date it is received. 

1. Please email returns@enahair.com to request a refund and we will assign you a case number.

2. In your package, include the original receipt and a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

3. Note that you will be charged a return fee for packing and shipping of a replacement item.


Return Exceptions
An Item cannot be returned if it has been worn, used, or altered - Such an item will not qualify for refund or exchange


Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

Exchanges
If your item has not been opened (new condition), you may exchange it for a different size or color. Note that pricing might vary depending on the size and color of the hair or hair product you are requesting for an exchange.  You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
