4.2 We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, or earrings due to hygiene reasons.

4.4 Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

4.5. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, and may take up to seven (7) working days to process.
