- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that are on sale or discounted cannot be returned and refunded.
- Personalized items cannot be refunded.
- Refund Process:

- Our team will provide you with a return label and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.
- If eligible, we will process the refund within 7 business days, and you will receive the refund via the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@ hair2dresses.com for assistance.
- We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.
